ENTERPRISE  

ApartClick (www.apartclick.com) is a commercial enterprise owned by APARTCLICK S.L. with address in Alvarez Quintero St. 7 - V5 - 2º (41004) Seville - Spain and registered in Registro Mercantil de Sevilla, Folio 30, Tomo 4906, Hoja SE-79019, Inscripcion 1ª C.I.F. B-91732909.

The company APARTCLICK S.L. is an online booking agency registered with the Registry of Tourism of the Junta de Andalucía licensed CIAN 411968-2.

 
OUR SERVICES  

APARTCLICK S.L. (as of now, Apartclick.com) supplies recent and updated information on the apartments, duplexes, studios, lofts, houses and dwellings of touristic use (as of now, the ACCOMODATION of the proprietors) on the website and this allows you to carry out reservations online for short stays in said ACCOMODATION.

Apartclick.com acts uniquely as a mediator between the user/s (as of now the customer/s) of our website and the ACCOMMODATION. On using our services and making a reservation, the contractual relationship is established between the user/customers and the proprietor of the ACCOMMODATION.

 
MINIMUM STAY  

The minimum stay can vary according to the accomodation and/or season (see the detailed description of each lodgings).

 
PRICES  

The prices are always in Euros (€) and can vary according to the time of year or special events, and/or depending on each of the lodgings. All normal consumption (except for in monthly rental), taxes, expenses and/or commission are included in the total price.

Children under 3 do not pay for their accommodation. Apartclick.com reserves the right to be modified, thus updating the website. In any case, the valid prices will be published at the moment of formalising the reservation.

 
RESERVATIONS  

Select the dated desired in the APARTMENT SEARCH, which appears in the upper section of the website and you will obtain a list of all of the available accommodation, or also you can carry out a general search in OUR APARTMENTS and choose the one best suited to your needs and subsequently check its availability.

Once the availability has been checked of the chosen lodgings, click the BOOK NOW button and the reservation process (who consists of the 4 steps shown below) will subsequently commence:


1°STEP - DATA: Through always a secure connection (https) fill out the form with your personal data and select the payment method for the reservation deposit (credit card or bank transfer). Once all of the information has been provided and the terms and conditions accepted, select the NEXT button.

2ºSTEP - VERIFICATION: In this step you will need to check and verify that the reservation data and personal data are correct, then click again NEXT button to proceed to pay the deposit of the reservation.


3°STEP - PAYMENT: If you have decided to pay by credit card, the system automatically connects to the payment page of the bank (LA CAIXA) where you can pay the deposit of the reservation. You also need to enter data from your credit card and booking confirmation is immediate, remember that ApartClick.com never have access to the data of your credit card.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, a page will open with information on the bank transfer, to make the reservation effective it is necessary to send by email or FAX (0034 954 214 854) the receipt of the bank transfer.


4°STEP - CONFIRMATION: Once the reservation is completed and paid, the reservation will be confirmed instantly and you will immediately receive an email (subject: booking confirmation) with details of the reservation. The remaining payment of the total amount of accommodation must be paid before the beginning of the stay to the contact person in CASH and in EUROS (€). In the case of not receiving the booking confirmation email or any other incident, please contact us at info@apartclick.com or by phone at +34 627 56 99 19 (during office hours).

 
REMAINING PAYMENT  

The remaining payment of the total charge of the accommodation must be paid before the start of the

stay, to the contact person, in CASH and in EUROS (€).

 
SAFE PAYMENT OF THE BOOKING PROCESS  

Apartclick.com certified by GeoTrust® is the world's second largest digital certificate provider, which ensures that any information sent via the web portal is protected from any outside access. The technology used is known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with a high level of encryption (SSL encryption to 256 bits) that meets the requirements of maximum safety and confidentiality for any information sent via the website.

You can verify that this is a SECURE SERVER during the booking process and personal data input by checking the web page URL or web address (beginning with <https> where the <S> stands for secure site instead of <http>) and the security icon (padlock or key, depending on the browser used) that appears at the bottom of your browser, clicking on it will also display information about the secure site.
Apartclick.com also provide a payment gateway from the LA CAIXA Bank (system CYBERPACK), an application that ensures the secure payment via credit cards online. Thanks to the bank's secure servers, the data from your credit card will travel over the Internet encrypted and will not be handled by ourselves or other outsiders.

Apartclick.com can not see at any moment the credit card number that you enter in the form, this information will only be visible for the bank entity via the secure server with SSL protocol.

SECURITY DEPOSIT  

Each lodgings or property reserves the right to demand a deposit on the handing over of the keys, which will be returned once it is proven that there are no flaws and that the lodgings is in good condition at the end of the stay.
The deposit is paid according to the requirements of each lodgings; see these conditions in the detailed description of each lodgings next to the list of prices.

 
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES  

In most of the lodgings, the entry time is after 14:00h and the leaving time is before 11:00h. Each lodging has its specific timetable for entry and departure (see the detailed description for each lodging), yet these entry times will be flexible and negotiable as much as will the departure times, as long as there are no other reservations on the day before or after. Please note that for arrivals after 21.00h. there is an additional cost (see detailed description of each accommodation schedules and supplements).
Departure after 11.00h. without the express permission of Apartclick.com will be charged for one more day's stay in the lodging.
It is essential to give notice at least 2 days before the arrival time; if this is not done, we do not guarantee the entry time.
At the moment of arriving one must present a photocopy of the ID or passport of the person who made the reservation.

 
SUPPLIES/EQUIPMENT/CLEANING  

The normal expenses for electricity, gas and water incurred during the stay will be included in the rent (except for in monthly rental). The lodgings are cleaned before the entry of each customer and will be equipped with a set of sheets and towels for each person. The customer can ask for extra cleaning service during their stay (see availability and prices for cleaning service). On the day of departure, the customer must leave the lodgings in an acceptable state of repair. Apartclick.com has the right to charge extra expenses for additional cleaning (50 euros) when the lodgings is not found to be in an acceptable state of repair.

 
CANCELLATIONS  

Please remember that the reservation deposit paid will not be refunded or transferable. Apartclick.com will only accept written cancellations by email or fax, and no-show when your stay begins without a written letter on your part requesting cancellation, could mean you will be charged the complete cost of the stay. Cancellations of any type including those of force majeure will be subjected to these conditions of cancellation. In any case, Apartclick.com recommends always to contract insurance for cancellation of trips in order to avoid problems.

 
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS MADE BY THE CUSTOMER  

In the case of the customer later deciding to change or modify the entry or departure dates or the number of people staying in the lodgings in a confirmed reservation, Apartclick.com is committed to finding a satisfactory solution whenever possible. However, the total price will not be modified in the case of reducing the number of days and/or number of people of the reservation that had already been confirmed. In the case of needing to change the LODGING, you will need to cancel your confirmed booking, bound to cancellation conditions and make a new booking. For any type of changes or modifications after the confirmation of a reservation, there will be an administration charge of 25 euros.

 
CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS BY APARTCLICK.COM  

If a lodging could not be occupied due to a double reservation (overbooking) or due to unforeseen reasons not attributable to Apartclick.com, Apartclick.com will inform the customer as soon as possible and will try to find an alternative, in terms of another lodgings or equal or better characteristics.
If said option were not possible, or if you did not accept the change or modification, the reservation would be cancelled and the total cost returned. No subsequent claims or complaints would be admissible in these cases.

 
CLAIMS/COMPLAINTS  

Apartclick.com is exclusively responsible for the correct processing of the reservation; any complaint about this must be made immediately to Apartclick.com in order to solve the problem. The policy of quality of Apartclick.com included a permanent revision of its lodgings offered in oreder to offer the maximum comfort of its customers and to avoid wherever possible any problems or incidents. In the case of, during the stay, a problem arising, this must be reported immediately to the contact person for the lodging in question and to Apartclick.com. The proprietor of the LODGINGS will be responsible for all possible complaints or claims that the customers could receive, and the LODGINGS in question, as with functioning and quality of its services, facilities, etc, for which the customers must direct their complaints to said proprietors and inform Apartclick.com as soon as possible. However, Apartclick.com is committed to finding solutions which are satisfactory for the customers according to the conditions of adhesion of the proprietors of the lodgings to our system of reservations. Apartclick.com or the proprietor will in no case be held responsible for events beyond the control of the company or the lodgings which result fortuitously, such as: noise from works near the reserved accommodation, temporary breakdown of the lift, occasional cuts of general supplies, etc...
Apartclick.com will not accept complaints after the departure and the therefore the customer loses all rights to compensation or solution.

 
RESPONSIBILITY  

Neither Apartclick.com nor the proprietor will be responsible for any damage (direct or indirect) that could result due to use of the accommodation, including without any limitation: destruction, loss after fire, robbery or delinquence. The customer and their companions will be committed to respecting the rules of the house and above all the time of rest. Also they commit to follow the instructions of use, life together, tidyness and upkeep that you will be informed of by the contact person or the compnay, and to respect the rules in terms of noise, rubbish collection, electricity and water consumption, etc...
In no case will it be permitted to use the accommodation for a greater number of occupants than that stated at the time of reservation and it is strictly forbidden to use the lodgings for parties (spontaneous or stag or hen parties, birthday parties, etc...).
In any case of violation of the aforementioned obligations, Apartclick.com due to its own criteria has the right to ask the customer and companions to leave the premises immediately and the customer has no right to economic compensation.

 
OUR WEBSITE  

Apartclick.com is responsible exclusively for the correct functioning of the website. The information in reference to the ACCOMMODATION announced on our website is facilitated and carried out by the proprietors of the ACCOMMODATION. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the spanish version of these terms and conditions and translated into other languages, the spanish version will prevail.


Apartclick.com is not responsible for any errors of omissions that could arise and whatismore, it has the right to change or modify at any time the information it publishes on the website, such as prices, descriptions, exceptions, photos, etc... Apartclick.com reserves the right to update any of its conditions of use at any time if needed, according to the business of the company.
