1. Are the prices per person or per apartment?  

The prices are calculated by each number of persons (adults and children).
The children younger than 3 years will not pay their accomodation.
 

 
 
2. How to book an apartment?  

Once the availability has been checked of the chosen lodgings, click the BOOK NOW button and the reservation process. Fill out the form with your personal data and select the payment method for the reservation deposit (credit card or bank transfer).
 

 
 
3. Which part of the rent will I have to pay to reserve an apartment?  

To book your apartment has to make payment of the reserve representing about 25% of the total rent price. Your payment will be verified instantly and in case of being accepted the apartment will be reserved for you untill your arrival.
 

 
 
4. Is it secure to give my credit card details through the Internet in order to make the payment?  

Yes. During the booking process and personal data input, we access a secure server (HTTPS) with SSL protocol and Apartclick.com also provide a payment gateway from the LA CAIXA Bank (system CYBERPACK), an application that ensures the secure payment via credit cards online. Thanks to the bank's secure servers, the data from your credit card will travel over the Internet encrypted and will not be handled by ourselves or other outsiders. 5. When do I get my booking confirmed?  

Once the reservation is completed, your reservation will be instantly confirmed and you will receive an email with the details of the reservation. in the case of not receiving it or any other incident, please contact us at info@apartclick.com
 

 
 
6. How and when to pay the remaining part of the rent and the security deposit?  

The remaining payment of the total charge of the accommodation must be paid before the start of the stay, to the contact person, in CASH and in EUROS (€). Each apartment or property reserves the right to demand payment of a security deposit to pick up the keys to be returned after verification that no damage and is all in good condition upon departure.
 

 
 
7. What are the checkin and checkout times?  

In most of the lodgings, the entry time is after 14.00 and the leaving time is before 11.00am. Each lodging has its specific timetable for entry and departure (see the detailed description for each lodging), yet these entry times will be flexible and negotiable as much as will the departure times, as long as there are no other reservations on the day before or after. Please note that for arrivals after 21:00 pm there is an additional cost (see detailed description of each accommodation schedules and supplements). Departure after 11.00am without the express permission of Apartclick.com will be charged for one more day's stay in the lodging.
It is essential to give notice at least 2 days before the arrival time; if this is not done, we do not guarantee the entry time.
At the moment of arriving one must present a photocopy of the ID or passport of the person who made the reservation.
 

 
 
8. How do I receive the apartment keys?  

You will always find someone to give you the keys when you arrive at the apartment, the contact person or team personnel Apartclick.com, who also provide all the information you need. In any case, this lodgings DO NOT PROVIDE OF A RECEPTION, therefore let us know your planned arrival time by EMAIL, you have to confirm your arrival hour with 3 or 4 days in advance in order to agree a point of meeting.
 

 
 
9. Do I have to pay anything extra?  

No. The price quoted at the time of booking is the final price: includes the rental of the apartment, cleaning required, cost of water, gas and electricity during the stay, towels and sheets. You will only have extra expenses if you request any additional services that we offer, including: an additional cleaning, another set of sheets and towels, an extra bed or baby cot.
 

 
 
10. Are the sheets and towels included in the price?  

Yes, you will always find a set of sheets and towels for every single person at your disposal for free, at no extra cost. In the case of needing an extra set, do not hesitate to contact our Apartclick.com team or the contact person.
 

 
 
11. Is there any cleaning service included during the stay?  

No. You receive a clean accommodation and it will be cleaned again after your departure. The apartments do not included any cleaning service, however, for most of them, it is possible to ask for this kind of service for an extra cost. We do ask you to leave the apartment in an acceptable and reasonablestate of cleanliness.
 

 
 
12. Who can attended me during my stay if I need help or information?  

You can always contact the contact person in case of emergency or information, or Apartclick.com team during office hours to make inquiries or request information.
 

 
 
13. Do I have to respect certain rules of behavior?  

Yes, of course. Think that is you are housed in an apartment located in a neighboring community, therefore you must respect the silence from 22:00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 24:00 weekends.
 

 
 
14. Can I bring my pet?  

Cats, dogs and other pets are not allowed in apartments, except when otherwise stated in the apartment description.
 

 
 
15. Where can I park my car?  

You can park in a public parking, which will cost about 18/20 euros per 24 hours (these prices may vary). Most apartments have a public parking nearby and the contact person will inform you how to get to parking (see detailed description of each accommodation the nearest parking situation).
 

 
 
16. What happens if I cancel my booking?  

Apartclick.com will only accept written cancellations by email or fax, and no-show when your stay begins without a written letter on your part requesting cancellation, could mean you will be charged the complete cost of the stay. Please remember that the reservation deposit paid will not be refunded or transferable. Cancellations of any type including those of force majeure will be subjected to these conditions of cancellation. In any case, Apartclick.com recommends always to contract insurance for cancellation of trips in order to avoid problems.
